Why are you not creating video content? If you’re like most people, it’s because you just don’t identify as someone who can do that. There are lots of reasons for that… but if you can’t change your ‘identity’ then all the tactics and strategy of content marketing are useless.
Creating content can be terrifying. It’s not normal behaviour. I spent years wanting to do it but at the same time avoiding it. The funny thing is, I’ve had a fifteen-year career in Search & Rescue. I can jump out of helicopters, abseil off bridges in storms or swim through raging floods at night – but I couldn’t take a selfie.
